The optimal screen resolution to run DealStation™ is at least 1024 by 768 with the color depth of at least 16 bit. Anything less may cause some DealStation™ windows or portions of their content to be invisible (or to appear outside the visible screen area). It is very important that you take a moment to make sure that your screen is configured to match the DealStation™ minimum system requirements. Below is a set of instructions to access and modify your PC's screen properties.

• Click the Start Button at the bottom left.
  
• Choose Settings, then Control Panel.
  
• In the Control Panel window, double-click the Display icon.
  
• A window called Display Properties will appear. Click the tab marked Settings.
  
• In the lower right hand corner you will find a Screen Area slide bar. Click the bar slider, and move it side-to-side to select the 1024x768 screen resolution.
  
• Access the drop-down Colors menu and make sure the color depth is set to at least 16 bit.
  
• Click the OK button.
  
• Depending on your video card, a warning box may (or may not) appear telling you to restart your computer. Select OK.
  
• Another window will ask you if you want to keep the new settings. Select OK.
  
• Your screen will now change to 1024x768 resolution.
